Cancellation Policy

It is possible to cancel an order under the following conditions:

– Before placing the order, simply without completing the process

– If the order has been submitted but has not yet been delivered, you can contact us at hospitality@venetsanoswinery.com or at 22860 21100 and we will cancel your order. We accept to cancel the order at no cost in case it is canceled before delivery. In case of cancellation upon delivery, then the customer will be charged the shipping costs.

 

Return Policy

We accept the return of products, in case of damage, if you notice and report the problem to us within the next 5 days after receiving the order.
